A Message from Our Founder:

I have always been inquisitive and enjoy exploring different ways to solve problems. I continuously strive to find the most efficient means to complete tasks, often by employing trial & error.

As an office professional, I learnt to operate Windows and Microsoft Office proficiently. My colleagues often asked for my help and would say things like:

• “I didn’t know you could do that!”
• “How did you do that?”

I really enjoyed enabling people to work more efficiently!

During the pandemic, remote work and screen sharing opened my eyes to new possibilities:

1. I observed how other office professionals worked and realised most only use a small fraction of the available electronic tools.
2. I discovered many tools & capabilities I wasn’t aware of!

I conducted extensive research on productivity for office professionals.  I focused on:

1. Mastering the built-in, electronic tools native to Microsoft Office and Windows.
2. Understanding the most effective, practical application of these tools.
3. Experimenting with combining these tools for maximum benefit.

The results were stunning: Instead of spending 8+ hours to do my job, I could complete my workday in less than 7 hours!
